COLA ROAST/BRISCUT

This dish is tasty and cheap. The tougher cuts of meat are fantastic for this crock pot recipe. The dark cola will serve as a tenterizing agent and make the meat all but fall apart when you lift it out of the cooker. Serve with potatoes or rice and use the drippings for a fantastic and tangy gravy!

COLA ROAST

Place a roast big enough for your family in a crock pot. Top with a drained can of mushrooms, an envelope of dry onion soup, and pour a can of coke (diet or not, name brand or not) over the top and allow to cook all day on Low. Enjoy!!

*leftovers are great in chili, quesedillas, stroganoff or shepard's pie. Play with it and have a great time.
